I am moving to SB after the Burn this year and I am looking for a place to live. I am clean, Drug and alcohol free, but not a freak about it. I am perfectly happy to live with people who see things differently. I will be a grad student at UCSB and can't afford a whole lot. Looking for $700 a month or less. the closer to UCSB the better.
