Hello Arin,

It just so happens that my partner and I are looking for someone to rent the master suite in our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse in Goleta for $1100 with some utilities included. The room is 12'X15', has a balcony, private bath, and includes a one car garage. I could not help but notice that we know a lot of the same people, and are connected through Lightning in a Bottle. We get the keys to the place on July 18th, but for the right person would be happy to wait until August or September for that person to move in.
